目的:探讨姜黄素对大强度运动大鼠肾损伤细胞因子的影响。方法:制备大鼠大强度运动模型,姜黄素进行干预,检测尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)指标变化,计算肾系数,ELISA测定肾组织和血液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的含量。结果:运动组肾组织及血液TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-18水平较安静组明显升高(P<0.01)。姜黄素干预后,大鼠肾组织及血液中TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-18水平较运动组明显降低(P<0.05),与阳性对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:姜黄素预处理可通过免疫抑制机制对大强度运动大鼠的肾损伤起保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of curcumin on cytokines in kidney injury induced by high-intensity exercise in rats. Methods: The rat model of high-intensity exercise was established. Curcumin was used to intervene to detect the changes of BUN and Cr, and the renal coefficient was calculated. The levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and leucocyte Interleukin-18 (IL-18), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) levels. Results: The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-18 in renal tissue and blood in exercise group were significantly higher than those in quiet group (P <0.01). After intervention with curcumin, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-18 in renal tissue and blood of rats were significantly lower than those of exercise group (P <0.05), but not significantly different from those of positive control group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Curcumin preconditioning can protect renal injury induced by high-intensity exercise in rats by immunosuppressive mechanism.
