目的了解少数民族大学毕业生的心理健康与应对方式的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对225名少数民族大学毕业生进行调查。结果少数民族大学毕业生的SCL-90人际敏感、焦虑、恐怖因子得分高于普通大学生常模(t=3.13,2.18,1.95;P<0.05);消极应对方式得分与SCL-90各因子得分呈显著正相关。结论民族大学毕业生存在着不同程度的心理健康问题,而消极应对方式是影响他们心理健康水平的重要因素。
Objective To understand the relationship between mental health and coping styles of minority university graduates. Methods A total of 225 ethnic minority college graduates were investigated using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). Results The SCL-90 interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and terror factor scores of ethnic university graduates were higher than those of ordinary college students (t = 3.13,2.18,1.95; P <0.05). The score of negative coping style and the score of each factor of SCL-90 Significantly positive correlation. Conclusion There are different levels of mental health problems among the graduates of the nationalities universities, and negative coping styles are the important factors that affect their mental health.
