目的探讨丹栀逍遥散对广泛性焦虑障碍的作用机制。方法观察丹栀逍遥散对饮水冲突联合天敌暴露应激焦虑模型大鼠行为学的影响。30只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组,于造模结束前7 d开始中药干预。除正常组外,其余2组采用饮水冲突法联合天敌暴露法建立应激焦虑大鼠模型,期间2种造模方法交替进行20 d。最后1次应激结束之后,于24 h后记录观察药物干预后,各组大鼠在旷场实验和高架十字迷宫测试结果的异同。结果最后1次复合应激结束24 h之后,相对于正常组,模型组大鼠,水平、垂直运动次数减少,OE%和OT%比例下降;相对于模型组,中药组大鼠,水平、垂直运动次数增加,OE%和OT%比例上升,除OT%外以上结果均有显著差异。结论丹栀逍遥散对于饮水冲突天敌暴露应激焦虑模型大鼠表现有明显抗焦虑作用。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Danzhi Xiaoyaosan on generalized anxiety disorder. Methods To observe the effect of Danzhixiaoyao powder on behavioral changes in stress-anxiety rats exposed to drinking water conflicts combined with natural enemies. Thirty rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and traditional Chinese medicine group. Traditional Chinese medicine intervention was started 7 days before the end of modeling. In addition to the normal group, the other two groups using water conflict method combined with natural enemies exposure method to establish stress-anxiety rat model, two kinds of modeling during the alternating 20 d. After the last stress was finished, the similarities and differences between the open-field test and the elevated plus-maze test were recorded after 24 h of drug intervention. Results Compared with the normal group, the number of horizontal and vertical movements decreased and the ratio of OE% and OT% decreased in the model group after 24 hours of the last composite stress. Compared with the model group, The number of exercise increased, OE% and OT% increased, with the exception of OT% above results were significantly different. Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao San has significant anti-anxiety effect on stress-induced anxiety rats exposed to natural enemies of drinking water conflict.
