婴儿肝炎综合征37例,初诊为2~3月龄,同步检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT 旧称S-GPT)、谷草转氨酶(AST 旧称S-GOT)及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)活性,其均值有明显升高,三者的2/3病例均值分布在41~200u 范围内。ALT 与AST,γ-GT 与AST 二对直线相关均呈正相关,直线回归平行变动(P<0.05~0.01).AST/ALT 比值<1.5者19例,>1.5者18例,γ-GT/STA 比值<1者25例,>1者12例。上述均提示婴肝初期不仅有肝细胞膜通透性增高,而且有肝细胞微粒体破坏的急性肝脏炎症或坏死性病变。如能三者同时检测对婴肝转归具有参考价值。
