单螺杆压缩机与其它回转式压缩机一样 ,为了解决气体从压缩腔中向外泄漏等问题 ,需要向压缩腔中喷入润滑油或其它液体 .一方面 ,喷入的润滑油减少了气体的泄漏量 ,降低了排气温度 ;另一方面 ,润滑油的存在增加了粘性剪切、摩擦、搅拌和吸气预热等方面的损失 ,直接影响压缩机的性能 .本文根据喷油雾化理论 ,引入维勃数来评价润滑油在压缩腔中的雾化程度 ,为合理选取单螺杆压缩机的喷油参数提供了依据 .实验中通过改变喷油量、喷油温度和喷油孔径等参数 ,得到不同喷油参数下单螺杆压缩机的容积效率和绝热效率 ,结合喷油雾化理论 ,对所得到的实验数据进行了仔细的分析 .实验证明 ,依据维勃数来选取喷油参数是可取的 .为了保证润滑油在压缩腔中雾化良好 ,所研究的单螺杆压缩机喷油的维勃数应不小于 60 .
