目的 :探讨新生儿高胆红素血症时其心肌酶的改变情况。方法 :对 72例新生儿高胆红素血症时的心肌酶谱 (包括心肌磷酸肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶 )进行回顾性分析。结果 :心肌磷酸肌酸激酶 (CK)异常 5 5例 (占76 .4 % ) ,肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK—MB)异常 4 9例 (占 6 8.1 % )。结论 :高胆红素血症时可同时存在心肌酶的改变 ,提醒在临床治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的同时应重视心肌酶方面的改变 ,必要时可给予营养心肌的治疗
Objective: To investigate the changes of myocardial enzymes in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: 72 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, myocardial enzymes (including myocardial creatine phosphokinase, creatine kinase isoenzymes) were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Fifty-five patients (76.4%) had abnormal myocardial creatine kinase (CK), and 49 (6.61%) had abnormal creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB). Conclusions: Hyperbilirubinemia may be accompanied by changes in myocardial enzymes, remind the clinical treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia should pay attention to myocardial enzyme changes, if necessary, can be given to the treatment of nutritional myocardium
