目的:探讨和分析产前超声诊断的不同种类胎儿畸形的处理以及预后的策略。方法:通过对产前超声检查时诊断的118例畸形胎儿的处理方法进行统计,并对其预后进行随访总结。结果:118例畸形胎儿中64例选择引产,其中有6例为染色体异常。54例胎儿为非致死性畸形,在家属知情同意的情况下孕妇继续妊娠。2例胎儿胎死宫内,1例胎儿生后当天即死亡。20例胎儿经术后手术治疗有18例健康存活,2例术后发生死亡。31例胎儿生后密切观察和调查,10例泌尿系统异常者恢复正常,7例仍在观察中;3例轻度侧脑室扩张者,2例经生后追踪调查未发现异常,1例仍在观察中;10例先天性心脏病患儿有2例发生新生儿期死亡,6例患儿已经进行手术治疗,正在恢复当中,2在等待手术;1例卵巢囊肿的胎儿在生后2个月后消失并且健康存活。还有其他异常的患儿接受治疗。结论:非致死性的胎儿畸形或异常在家属和产妇知情同意的前提下选择继续妊娠者,通过与儿科密切合作,密切观察胎儿的情况并对异常情况采取手术或其他方法及时正确的处理,尽力使胎儿和孕妇满意。
Objective: To explore and analyze the treatment of different types of fetal malformations and the strategies of prognosis in prenatal diagnosis. Methods: The diagnosis of prenatal ultrasound in 118 cases of malformation fetus treatment statistics, and its prognosis were followed up. CONCLUSIONS: Non-fatal fetal malformations or anomalies choose to continue pregnancy under the informed consent of their relatives and their mothers.
