目的探讨止咳平喘颗粒对婴幼儿哮喘患儿外周血树突细胞(DC)共刺激分子的影响分析。方法收集2013-2015年该院收治的符合婴幼儿哮喘诊断标准的患儿72例,随机分为两组,每组36例,治疗组用止咳平喘颗粒治疗,对照组用传统西药治疗,分析两组研究对象治疗前后外周血DC的表面分子的表达差异、辅助T淋巴细胞Th1和Th2的水平差异以及DC表面分子表达与辅助T淋巴细胞相关关系。结果 CD80(12.96±3.08)%、CD86(30.32±9.82)%、CD40(46.56±15.17)%和HLA-DR(13.57±3.59)%在治疗后的表达均低于治疗前和对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);Th1细胞(31.83±7.37)%和Th1/Th2比例(1.17±0.21)%在治疗后高于治疗前和对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);Th2细胞在治疗后(27.84±15.59)%低于治疗前和对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。CD80与Th1(r=0.364,P<0.001)、Th1/Th2(r=0.475,P<0.001)呈正相关;CD86与Th1(r=0.267,P<0.001)呈正相关,与Th2(r=-0.319,P<0.001)、Th1/Th2(r=0.297,P<0.001)呈负相关;CD1a与Th1(r=0.462,P<0.001)呈正相关;CD40与Th2(r=-0.221,P=0.027)呈负相关;HLA-DR与Th1(r=0.297,P<0.001)呈正相关。结论止咳平喘颗粒治疗婴幼儿哮喘后可使DC细胞上的表面分子降低,并可扭转辅助T淋巴细胞Th1/Th2比例失衡,且DC细胞上的表面分子和辅助T淋巴细胞功能密切相关。
Objective To investigate the effects of Zhike Pingchuan Granule on costimulatory molecules of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in infants and young children with asthma. Methods Totally 72 children with asthma diagnosed in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Zhike Pingchuan Granule, while the control group was treated with traditional western medicine. Two groups of subjects before and after treatment of peripheral blood DC surface expression of different molecules, supporting the level of Th1 and Th2 T lymphocytes and DC surface molecule expression and the relationship between helper T lymphocytes. Results The expression of CD80 (12.96 ± 3.08)%, CD86 (30.32 ± 9.82)%, CD40 (46.56 ± 15.17)% and HLA-DR (13.57 ± 3.59)% after treatment were lower than those before treatment and control group (31.83 ± 7.37)% and Th1 / Th2 ratio (1.17 ± 0.21)% after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group (P <0.05). Th2 cells after treatment (27.84 ± 15.59)% lower than before treatment and control group, and with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). CD80 was positively correlated with Th1 (r = 0.364, P <0.001), Th1 / Th2 (r = 0.475, P <0.001) , P <0.001), Th1 / Th2 (r = 0.297, P <0.001), CD1a and Th1 (r = 0.462, There was a negative correlation between HLA-DR and Th1 (r = 0.297, P <0.001). Conclusion Zhike Pingchuan Granule can reduce the surface molecules of DC cells and reverse the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 ratio in the helper T lymphocytes, and the surface molecules on DCs are closely related to the function of helper T lymphocytes.
