目的:为医院药剂科如何进行应急型人力资源管理提供参考。方法:从应急型人力资源的培养、储备、绩效评估、职业发展等方面进行总结探讨。结果:我院药剂科通过对应急型人力资源的综合管理,提高了处理各种突发事件的能力。结论:医院应急型人力资源的培养及建设,关系着医院的服务质量及公众的安危,需要得到医院各级管理层的高度重视和在实践中不断加强和完善。
Objective: To provide reference for hospital pharmacy how to carry out emergency human resource management. Methods: To summarize the training, reserve, performance evaluation and career development of emergency human resources. Results: The pharmacy department in our hospital improved the ability to deal with various emergencies through the comprehensive management of emergency human resources. Conclusion: The training and construction of emergency human resources in hospitals is related to the quality of service and the safety of the public. It needs to be highly valued by management at all levels of the hospital and continuously strengthened and perfected in practice.
