如何在水轮机模型上准确测试压力脉动和对压力脉动幅值取值是水力机械行业十分关注的问题之一.以往采用传统的压力脉动测试方法,如磁带记录仪记录法,存在人为因素影响较大、准确性较低等问题.为此,尝试了以计算机为中心的模块化方式对压力脉动进行数据采集、分析和研究,从而加快了试验速度,提高了试验的准确性.根据国际验收试验中通常采用97%置信度对压力脉动混频幅值取值的方法,开发出采用该方法取值的计算机计算软件,全部取点的概率计算及幅值取值均由计算机完成.实例证明,这种取值方法具有一定的科学性和准确性.
How to accurately test the pressure pulsation on the hydraulic turbine model and the value of the pressure pulsation amplitude is one of the most concerned issues in the hydromechanical industry. In the past, the traditional method of pressure pulsation testing, such as tape recorder recording method, has the great influence on human factors and has low accuracy. To this end, the computer-centered modular approach to data acquisition, analysis and research on pressure pulsation has been tried to speed up the test and improve the accuracy of the test. According to the international acceptance test, we usually use the method of 97% confidence for the value of the pressure pulsation mixing frequency to develop the computer calculation software which takes the value of this method. The calculation of the probability of all the points taken and the value of the amplitude are all done by the computer . The example proves that this method has a certain degree of scientificity and accuracy.
