对行波磁场下连铸锡磷青铜的流动过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,行波磁场的电流强度仅影响金属液的流动速度,电流强度与流动速度成正比变化;行波磁场的电流频率不仅影响金属液的流动速度,而且影响金属液的流动形态;对于二流水平连铸,施加行波磁场时需要考虑两个磁场之间的相互作用,通过调整通电方式可以避免不利影响。
The numerical simulation of the flow of continuous casting tin-phosphor bronze under the traveling-wave magnetic field was carried out. The results show that the current intensity of the traveling magnetic field affects only the flow velocity of the molten metal, and the current intensity changes in direct proportion to the flow velocity. The current frequency of the traveling wave magnetic field not only affects the flow velocity of the molten metal but also affects the flow pattern of the molten metal. Horizontal continuous casting, the application of traveling wave magnetic field need to consider the interaction between the two magnetic fields, by adjusting the power supply method to avoid adverse effects.
