目的 :探讨肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM)的功能及调控机制。方法 :采用电泳法观察大鼠AM分泌的溶菌酶活性及雄酮、雌二醇对其分泌的影响。结果 :雄酮、雌二醇对大鼠AM溶菌酶有显著促进作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,吲哚美辛能降低雄酮及雌二醇的这种作用。提示性腺功能的衰退、性激素水平的降低可能是机体免疫功能下降 ,易患某些感染性疾病的机理之一。结论 :性激素有促进AM分泌溶菌酶的作用 ,其作用与前列腺素的合成有关。
Objective: To investigate the function and regulation of alveolar macrophages (AM). Methods: The activity of lysozyme secreted by AM and the secretion of estradiol and estradiol in rats were observed by electrophoresis. RESULTS: Androsone and estradiol significantly promoted AM lysozyme in rats (P <0.01), and indomethacin decreased the effect of androstenedione and estradiol. Prompted the decline of gonadal function, reduce the level of sex hormones may be reduced immune function, susceptibility to certain infectious diseases, one of the mechanisms. Conclusion: Sex hormones promote the secretion of lysozyme by AM, and its effect is related to the synthesis of prostaglandins.
