In May 1999, our school started to undertake the sub-project “Experimental Research on Psychological Counseling for Students with Learning Difficulties”, a key task of the national education “Mental Health Education Experiment for Primary and Secondary School Students” in the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” of the National Education Plan.
