Harvest maturity is one of the main factors that affect the storage quality and storage duration of Annona. In this paper, the storage quality of Annona asparagus at different harvesting stages was studied, which provided a theoretical basis for determining the optimal storage period for Annona. 1 Materials and Methods The experiment was conducted in September or November 1996 in Zhanglin Dinglin Umbilicus Orchard in Chenghai City.
