随着国家对中等职业教育的高度重视和大力支持,中职学校呈现出集团化、规模化的趋势。但各地中职校同质化发展现象严重,各种制约学校发展的问题也凸显了出来,传统的管理模式已成为制约学校发展的瓶颈。本文就本校的内部机制改革改革出发,探索中职学校在发展中的如何建立起与国家改革发展示范学校相适应的“校系(部)二级管理”体制,从而有效地助推了国家改革发展示范校建设。
As the state attaches great importance to and supportive of secondary vocational education, secondary vocational schools have shown the tendency of being collectivized and large-scale. However, the phenomenon of homogenization of secondary vocational schools in all over the country is serious, and various problems that restrict the development of schools are also highlighted. The traditional management model has become the bottleneck restricting the development of schools. This article sets out from the reform of the internal mechanism of our school and explores how to set up the Secondary School Management System that is compatible with the National Reform and Development Demonstration School in secondary vocational schools in order to effectively promote National reform and development of demonstration school construction.
