开窗减压术在颌骨囊性病变治疗中的应用

目的:探讨开窗减压术在颌骨囊性病变治疗中的应用。方法:对32例颌骨囊性病变实行开窗减压术,使囊腔呈开放状态,解除囊肿压力,术后冲洗囊腔,定期随访。结果:开窗术后全部患者囊腔缩小,X线和(或)CT复查可见囊腔周围新骨生成,倾斜移位的牙逐渐纠正,小儿患者移位的恒牙胚基本回位并萌出;18例仅存小骨凹陷,无需行Ⅱ期手术;8例囊腔缩小50%以上,予行囊肿切除术;6例囊腔缩小不足50%,仍在随访治疗中。结论:开窗减压术是治疗颌骨囊性病变的一种简便、经济、有效的方法。 Objective: To investigate the application of window decompression in the treatment of cystic lesions of the jaw. Methods: Thirty-two cases of cystic lesions of the jaws were operated with fenestration decompression, the cysts were opened, the cyst pressure was relieved, and the cysts were irrigated after operation. Regular follow-up was performed. Results: All the patients’ sacs were contracted after fenestration. X - ray and / or CT examination showed that new bone around the cyst was formed. Tilted teeth were corrected gradually. Eighteen patients survived only the small bone deformity without operation of stage Ⅱ. Eight cases of cysts were reduced by more than 50%, and cyst excision was performed in 8 cases. Less than 50% of the cysts were reduced in 6 cases, and they were still under follow-up treatment. Conclusion: Window decompression is a simple, economical and effective method for the treatment of cystic lesions of the jaw.
