本文从项目管理职能出发 ,以基金项目申请为例 ,分析了近年来医科院肿瘤医院科研工作发展缓慢、竞争力逐年下降的原因 ;并从管理学角度提出在全过程不同阶段强化项目过程管理的多种措施 ,(包括加大组织课题申请力度、强化项目后期管理、完善医院重大技术平台的建设、促进各科室及课题组间的合作等措施 ) ,以此推动医院科研工作发展、提高医院在国内外肿瘤防治领域中的地位
This article starts from the project management function and takes the application of the fund project as an example to analyze the reasons for the slow development and declining competitiveness of the scientific research work of the Cancer Hospital of the Academy of Medical Sciences in recent years.
