在中学语文课改实验中,不少教师遇到了以下困惑:现行语文课程标准十分强调学生“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,但这种学习方式很容易导致课堂教学进度慢,所以,有时教师不得不尽量少讲课让学生提问题,并且还是教师自己事先设计好问题让学生去讨论比较。如果长期都是教师事先提出问题,然后让学生围绕这些问题去展开讨论,久而久之,学生就会养成一种惰性和依赖性,个人备课时间不足与新课程空间自由度大、配套资源相对不足与教材内容开放性矛盾,高考与新课程改革衔接不易把握。对策:改变备课方式、有效组织课堂讨论、加强教师自身素养、扩展教师知识储备量,从而提高教师教育科研能力。
