企业建立绩效管理体系,明确公司发展导向,分解传递公司发展目标,为凝聚企业资源,实现企业发展战略,起到了关键作用。但是,很多企业在推行绩效管理过程中,过度单一注重绩效考核结果,对绩效结果的分析与应用,以及对低效岗位和流程的开发,并没有投入太多,也没有充分运用绩效开发工具。精益思维是源于精益生产,是贯穿于精益生产方式中的指导思想,其通过对企业价值流的识别,使得企业价值流得以增值,并不断消除企业各层次的浪费和无效,从而使得公司主要的发展目标业务得以不断开发,其与绩效考核配套使用,能不断引导绩效管理走向深入。
