目的探讨团体心理咨询在提高职业中学学生自信心方面的作用。方法采用自行编制的团体辅导方案,对缺乏自信的14名职业中学学生进行为期4周的训练。用定性和定量相结合的方法,对辅导效果进行评估。结果①学生的个人评价、自信心得分提高;②社交回避和社交苦恼得分降低。结论培养自信心的团体辅导活动对减少职业中学学生社交回避和苦恼,增加学生自我接纳和社会适应能力有良好的效果。
Objective To explore the role of group counseling in improving the self-confidence of vocational school students. Methods A self-made group counseling program was adopted to train 14 less-confident senior middle school students for 4 weeks. The combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess the effect of counseling. Results ① The students’ personal evaluation and self-confidence score increased; ② social avoidance and social distress scores decreased. Conclusion Self-confidence group counseling activities have a good effect on reducing occupational high school students’ social avoidance and distress and increasing their self-acceptance and social adaptability.
