本文介绍了水电站压力管道和水轮机蜗壳的一种新型结构——钢衬与钢筋混凝土联合承载结构,论述了联合承载的概念和研究其应力状态的光弹性模型设计方法,扼要介绍了一系列主要的研究成果。文中阐明了联合承载结构中内水压力的传递规律和钢衬与钢筋混凝土的应力分布;对联合承载结构中有关应力状态的若干问题进行了分析和讨论。最后,提出了改善联合承载结构应力状态的研究途径。
In this paper, a new structure of pressure pipelines and turbine volute of hydropower station is introduced, which is the joint structure of steel lining and reinforced concrete. The concept of combined bearing and the design method of photoelastic model of stress state are introduced. A series of main models Research results. In this paper, the law of internal water pressure transfer and the stress distribution of steel liner and reinforced concrete are described. Some problems about the stress state in the joint bearing structure are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the research approach to improve the stress state of the joint bearing structure is proposed.
