本文对新合成的11个有机磷化合物的反相高效液相谱行为进行研究,探讨了硫代磷酰胺类磷酯基上碳原子数的变化规律与Traube's规则之间的关系,并对其中亚甲基在不同流动相中的选择性进行了测定。此外,用窗图法对环状硫代磷酰胺类进行了最佳分离条件的选择。通过实验,建立了分离这两类有机磷化合物的实用方法。
In this paper, the newly synthesized 11 organophosphorus compounds were studied by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The relationship between the variation law of the number of carbon atoms in thiophosphoramidates and Traube’s rule was discussed. Among them, the selectivity of methylene in different mobile phases was determined. In addition, the best separation conditions for cyclic thiophosphamide were selected by the window map method. Through experiments, a practical method of separating these two types of organophosphorus compounds has been established.
