本文就干扰素对20例放疗后鼻咽癌(NPC)患者的ADDC作用进行了探讨。实验中,靶细胞为低分化NPC细胞株(CNE_2),效应细胞为患者外周血淋巴细胞,靶细胞抗体为免抗CNE_2细胞抗体,用~51Cr释放法测定。结果表明经干扰素预孵的效应细胞比未经干扰素预孵的效应细胞的细胞毒平均增加33.5%(P<0.001)。ADCC是机体重要的抗肿瘤免疫机制之一,我们的实验进一步表明干扰素有促进ADDC的作用,提示,干扰素有可能在NPC患者的综合治疗中成为一种有效的免疫治疗药物。
This article discusses the effect of interferon on ADDC in 20 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy. In the experiment, the target cell was a poorly differentiated NPC cell line (CNE_2), the effector cells were peripheral blood lymphocytes, and the target cell antibody was an anti-CNE_2 cell antibody, measured by ~51 Cr release method. The results showed that the cytotoxicity of effector cells pre-incubated with interferon increased by an average of 33.5% (P<0.001) compared to that of effector cells not preincubated with interferon. ADCC is one of the important anti-tumor immunity mechanisms in the body. Our experiments further showed that interferon can promote ADDC, suggesting that interferon may become an effective immunotherapeutic drug in the comprehensive treatment of NPC patients.
