该文介绍了在一代像增强器多碱阴极制备过程中,对其光谱响应进行连续监控的装置、试验结果等,并作了简单的分析。研究结果表明,Na2KSb材料在制备过程中一直是一种稳定的p型半导体,随着Na2KSb膜层厚度的增加,其峰值响应波长向长波方向移动,白光灵敏度也相应提高;锑、铯交替降低了Na2KSb的电子亲和势,延伸了光谱响应的长波阈值;锑、铯交替的表面处理是最终获得高灵敏度多碱阴极的关键。
This paper presents a series of devices, test results and the like for continuously monitoring the spectral response of a multi-alkali cathode generator with image intensifier. The simple analysis is given. The results show that the Na2KSb material has been a stable p-type semiconductor during the preparation process. With the increase of the thickness of Na2KSb film, the peak response wavelength shifts to the long wavelength direction, and the sensitivity of white light increases accordingly. The antimony and cesium decrease alternately The electron affinity of Na2KSb extends the long-wave threshold of the spectral response. The surface treatment of Sb and Cs alternating is the key to ultimately obtain a highly sensitive multi-alkali cathode.
