建立了一种新型并联机床刚度分析和弹性动力学分析的有限元模型,研究了参数变化对主进给机构刚度和固有频率的影响。计算结果表明:该新型并联机床与基于Stewart平台的并联机床相比,Z方向刚度与之相当而X、Y方向的刚度优于后者;加大中间腿的截面积可以大大提高并联机床的刚度。研究结果为优化并联机床的结构参数,提高其结构搞震性和切削稳定性奠定了基础。
A new finite element model of stiffness analysis and elastic dynamics analysis of parallel machine tool was established. The effect of parameter variation on the stiffness and natural frequency of main feed mechanism was studied. The calculation results show that the stiffness of the new parallel machine tool is better than the parallel machine tool based on the Stewart platform in the Z direction while the stiffness in the X and Y directions is better than the latter. Increasing the cross-sectional area of the middle leg can greatly increase the rigidity of the parallel machine tool . The research results provide the basis for optimizing the structural parameters of the parallel machine tool and improving the structure’s seismicity and cutting stability.
