国有企业发展关乎经济社会发展大局,加强国有企业领导干部监督管理是当前国有企业发展所面临的一项研究课题。本研究对如何加强国有企业领导干部监督管理进行了探讨,研究认为:目前国有企业领导干部监督管理存在的问题有监督的意识淡薄、监督机制不健全及监督纪律执行不严格,基于此,提出了“深化认识,提高监督意识;构建监督网络,形成监督合力;健全监督机制,力保制度落实”三项对策。
The development of state-owned enterprises is related to the overall situation of economic and social development. Strengthening the supervision and management of leading enterprises in state-owned enterprises is a research topic facing the development of state-owned enterprises. This study explores how to strengthen the supervision and management of leading cadres in state-owned enterprises. The study shows that: At present, supervision and management of leading cadres in state-owned enterprises have weak awareness of supervision, imperfect supervision mechanism and strict implementation of supervision and discipline. Based on this, “Deepen understanding, improve the awareness of supervision; build a network of supervision to form the supervision force; improve the supervision mechanism to ensure the implementation of the system ” three countermeasures.
