《红楼梦》是一本百科全书式的古典小说,小说中描写了满清时期社会生活的方方面面,对于饮食方面的描写也十分全面,表现了丰富的饮食文化,博大精深。一、《红楼梦》饮食文化中的美学思想我国饮食文化中的美学思想随着时代的变迁和饮食文化的发展而不断深入发展。从最开始以“甘、美、善”为核心的饮食美学思想,到以“五味调和”为中心的美学思想,再发展到明清时期以“十美风格”为中心的美学思想,体现了我国饮食文化中的美学思想的发展过程。到明清时期,我国饮食文化的美学思想已较为完善,“十美风格”饮食文化美学思想的提出 “Dream of Red Mansions” is an encyclopedic classic novel, depicting all aspects of social life during the Manchu period, the description of the diet is also very comprehensive, showing a rich diet culture, broad and profound.
