水轮机盘根填料式主轴密封因受结构缺陷影响,密封效果不佳且易发生故障,降低机组运行可靠性。该文针对王社电站水轮机主轴盘根密封存在的缺陷问题,采用水压橡胶活塞接触抗磨板式结构进行技术改造,止漏效果显著,同时解决了盘根磨损主轴的问题。技改方案可为类似机组的改造、设计提供参考。
Due to structural defects, the sealing effect of the turbine packing packing spindle is poor, the sealing effect is poor and the fault occurs easily, which reduces the operation reliability of the unit. Aiming at the defects of the shaft seal of the turbine shaft of Wangshe Hydroelectric Power Station, this paper adopts the hydraulic rubber piston to contact the anti-wear plate structure to carry on the technological transformation, and has the obvious effect of stopping leakage.
