目的研究对眼眶骨折眼球内陷施行手术治疗的方法和疗效,探讨手术对视功能的影响。方法应用眼眶三维影像测量方法和视觉电生理检查技术,对22例眼眶骨折眼球内陷的猫施行眼眶重建眼球复位手术和视功能检测。结果早期手术的6只猫中,5只猫的眼球内陷完全复位;晚期手术的10只猫中,5只猫的眼球内陷完全复位,5只猫部分改善。手术治疗前后视网膜电图(ERG)和视觉诱发电位(FVEP)无显著差异。结论眼眶骨折眼球内陷的手术治疗可获得较满意的疗效,早期手术的疗效优于晚期手术,眼眶重建眼球复位手术是安全可行的。
Objective To study the method and effect of surgical treatment of orbital fracture in oculomotion and to explore the effect of surgery on visual function. Methods The orbital three-dimensional image measurement and visual electrophysiological examination were used to detect the orbital reconstruction and visual function in 22 cats with orbital collapse. Results Of the 6 cats who underwent early surgery, the eyeballs of 5 cats were fully retracted. In the 10 cats with advanced surgery, the eyeballs of 5 cats were completely retracted and the 5 cats were partly improved. There was no significant difference in ERG and FVEP before and after surgery. Conclusions Surgical treatment of ocular orbital fracture can obtain more satisfactory curative effect. The curative effect of early surgery is better than that of late operation. Reconstruction of orbital eyeball is safe and feasible.
