目的通过对WGW消化道吻合器的临床使用和与其它吻合器的比较,了解WGW吻合器的性能、优缺点,以便推进吻合器的发展,交流临床使用的经验。方法本组218例食管贲门癌手术中儆食管胃吻合时全部使用常州新能源厂生产的WGWG弯管型消化道吻合器。结果218例手术全部使用成功。术后恢复良好,无吻合口瘘发生。共有7例程度不同的吻合口狭窄.经过对症治疗或行器械吻合口扩张1次～5次后全部治愈,元手术死亡和其他并发症。结论常州新能源厂生产的WGW消化道吻合器质量良好,性能可靠,结构合理。使用方便,使用后的患者并发症少,提高了手术质量和惠者的生存质量。
OBJECTIVE To understand the performance, advantages and disadvantages of WGW stapler in order to promote the development of stapler and exchange experiences of clinical use through the clinical use of WGW gastrointestinal stapler and comparison with other stapler. Methods 218 cases of esophageal and cardiac surgery esophageal gastroesophageal anastomosis all use Changzhou New Energy Plant WGWG elbow digestive tract stapler. Results All the 218 cases were successfully used. Postoperative recovery was good, no anastomotic leakage occurred. A total of seven cases of different degrees of anastomotic stenosis.After symptomatic treatment or line anastomotic dilatation 1 to 5 times after all were cured, meta-surgery and other complications. Conclusion The WGW gastrointestinal stapler produced by Changzhou New Energy Plant has good quality, reliable performance and reasonable structure. Easy to use, after use of patients with less complications, improve the quality of surgery and beneficiaries of the quality of life.
