钢筋混凝土梁桥在运营过程中,其性能指标会逐渐降低,需要采取合理的检测、维修和更换等养护措施来保证结构的使用性能与安全。分析了必要性维修、基于使用维修、基于状况维修等3种维修方式的优缺点、使用范围与费用计算,并通过一个算例分析计算了3种维修方式的最优化的检测间隔和维修费用。研究结果表明,对于桥梁的维修工作,3种维修策略可以同时存在,但对于不同构件,它们所占比例不同而已;采取什么维修方式取决于维修对象本身的情况,并要根据维修技术和维修手段等情况来确定,以达到既经济又有效的目的。本文的维修优化策略框架模型可以用于类似钢筋混凝土结构的养护管理。
During the course of operation, the performance index of the reinforced concrete girder bridge will be gradually reduced, and some maintenance measures such as reasonable testing, maintenance and replacement are needed to ensure the performance and safety of the structure. The model of maintenance optimization strategy in this paper can be used for the maintenance and management of similar reinforced concrete structures.
