为提高采煤机的工作效率,基于采煤机推进速度与截割能力的联动关系,通过建立截割系统控制模型,采用模糊控制技术设计了采煤机截割自动调速控制系统,介绍了截割模糊控制系统结构及功能,并通过仿真实验验证了该系统的工作性能。结果表明:基于该方法的控制系统抗干扰能力强,功能实现简单,取得了良好的调节功能。
In order to improve the working efficiency of shearer, based on the linkage relationship between shearer propulsion speed and cutting capacity, a cutting system control model was established and the fuzzy control technology was adopted to design the automatic cutting speed control system of shearer. The structure and function of the fuzzy control system are cut, and the performance of the system is verified through simulation experiments. The results show that the control system based on this method has strong anti-interference ability, simple function realization and good adjusting function.
