目的探讨应用显微手术技术摘出眼内非磁性异物的方法。方法依据详细和可靠的病史、系统和细致的眼部检查以及必要的特殊检查对486例(486眼)眼内非磁性异物进行准确定位,在手术显微镜下采用不同手术方式摘出不同部位的非磁性异物。结果486例(486眼)的眼内非磁性异物均成功摘出,显微手术对眼球的损伤小,并发症少,术后视力好。结论显微手术摘出眼内非磁性异物是很好的治疗方法,手术前对眼内非磁性异物的准确定位非常重要。
Objective To explore the method of extracting intraocular non-magnetic foreign bodies by microsurgical technique. Methods 486 eyes (486 eyes) of intraocular non-magnetic foreign bodies were accurately located according to detailed and reliable medical history, systematic and detailed eye examinations and necessary special examinations. Non-magnetic foreign body. Results All the 486 eyes (486 eyes) with non-magnetic intraocular foreign bodies were successfully removed. Microsurgery had less damage to the eyeball, less complications and good visual acuity. Conclusion Microsurgical removal of intraocular non-magnetic foreign body is a good treatment, accurate positioning of intraocular non-magnetic foreign body before surgery is very important.
