本文叙述■晶体生长的全部过程,详细讨论了原料提纯、晶体生长和加工等问题。文中采用的真空蒸汽凝结法和直角形晶种管对原料的纯化和控制,晶体生长的取向,避免晶体解裂都起着关键作用。生长Φ50×150mm以下的(艹氐)晶体成活率达70%以上,加工封装好的最大晶体尺寸为Φ90×70mm。并在生长大体积晶体过程中对结晶容器、炉温分布和隔板孔径等问题均作了改进。
This article describes the entire process of crystal growth and discusses in detail raw material purification, crystal growth and processing. In this paper, the vacuum vapor condensation method and the right angle seed tube play a key role in the purification and control of raw materials, the orientation of crystal growth and the avoidance of crystal cracking. The growth rate of (艹 氐) crystal below Φ50 × 150mm is more than 70%, and the maximum crystal size of the package is Φ90 × 70mm. In the process of growing large volume crystals, the problems such as the crystal container, the temperature distribution in the furnace and the aperture of the separator are improved.
