在分析上海市电力公司检修公司检修中心工作现状下,提出采用虚拟团队理论,成立一个开放、共享的虚拟团队平台——雪狼创新工作室,并从目标导向、组织结构、沟通机制、团队文化和激励模式等方面进行工作室建设,构建了一个“学、产、研”自循环体系。通过工作室的建立,提高了青年员工的专业能力、创新能力,也大大提升了公司的生产效率。
