目的对驻地军人泌尿系结石成分进行分析,为临床防治提供依据。方法收集2009年10月—2011年12月住院和门诊男性军人泌尿系结石标本236例,采用LIIR-20结石红外光谱自动分析仪进行分析。结果 236例中上尿路结石234例占99.2%。单一成分结石144例(61.0%),以草酸钙结石为主;混合成分结石92例(39.0%)。结论根据结石成分分析结果,可以有针对性的指导驻地军人临床治疗,并指导部队官兵在训练、饮食、生活习惯等方面预防泌尿系结石的发生和复发。
Objective To analyze the composition of urinary calculi in resident military personnel and provide evidence for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods Totally 236 urinary calculi specimens of male soldiers in hospital and outpatients from October 2009 to December 2011 were collected and analyzed by LIIR-20 stone infrared spectrometer. Results Of the 236 cases, 234 cases of upper urinary tract calculi accounted for 99.2%. 144 cases (61.0%) of single component stones were calcium oxalate stones; 92 (39.0%) were mixed component stones. Conclusion According to the results of stone component analysis, it can guide clinical treatment of resident military personnel and guide the troops and soldiers to prevent the occurrence and recurrence of urolithiasis in training, diet and living habits.
