Bone salivary protein (BSP) has the function of promoting the formation and differentiation of bone, chemotaxis and adhesion of osteoblasts, and therefore plays a very important role in bone turnover. Local fluorosis mainly results in skeletal fluorosis and dental fluorosis. Therefore, studying the expression of bone sialoprotein in fluorosis patients has certain theoretical value on the pathogenesis and treatment of fluorosis. In this study, fluoride in rats by serum sarcodicoprotein content determination to explore the effect of fluoride on the expression of bone sialoprotein. 1 Materials and Methods 32-week-old SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into male and female rats
