从本期开始,我们在《国外思想界》栏陆续刊出一组介绍国外企业文化的文章。这组文章由中国人民大学伦理学研究所的同志撰稿。该研究所把企业文化作为重点研究课题,曾选派有关研究人员赴美国、日本、民主德国等国家进行考察,最近又与北京电视机厂联合成立了企业文化研究所,以致力于和企业同志一起研究和探索中国企业文化的起步和发展。 From the beginning of this issue, we have published a series of articles introducing foreign corporate culture in the “Foreign Thought Circle” column. This article was written by comrades from the Institute of Ethics of Renmin University of China. The institute has made corporate culture a key research topic.
