近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展,经济体制改革的日益完善,传统的人事管理在不断调整和变化,不过现有的人力资源管理中还存在着一些问题亟待解决,很多企业的管理层和决策者经常会忽视人力资源的管理,并且人力资源管理人员根本无法参与企业的战略决策,因此,人力资源部门只能做些传统的人事管理工作,其给企业带来的经济效率也是微乎其微。本文就企业人力资源管理被忽视的原因做简单的介绍,并就如何改变企业人力资源的现状,充分扮演决策者的角色做了进一步的说明。
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy in our country, the reform of the economic system has been perfected day by day, and the traditional personnel management has been constantly adjusted and changed. However, there are still some problems in the existing human resources management that need to be solved urgently. Many enterprises’ management And policymakers often neglect the management of human resources, and human resource managers can not participate in the strategic decision-making of the enterprise at all. Therefore, the human resources department can only do the traditional personnel management work, and its economic efficiency to the enterprise is also minimal. This article gives a brief introduction of why human resource management is neglected, and gives further explanations on how to change the current situation of human resources in enterprises and fully play the role of decision-maker.
