为评价萘酚喹治疗恶性疟的疗效 ,于 1997年采用磷酸萘酚喹 1d疗程总量 10 0 0mg与青蒿琥酯片 5d疗程总量 6 0 0mg各治疗恶性疟 30例进行随机比较。结果显示 :萘酚喹组平均退热时间为 (2 9.6± 16 .4 )h ,长于青蒿琥酯片组的 (18.3± 9.0 )h (t=3.2 5,P <0 .0 1) ;平均原虫转阴时间萘酚喹组为 (98.4± 2 7.6 )h ,慢于青蒿琥酯片组 (4 3.0± 17.1)h (t=9.4 6 ,P <0 .0 1) ;追踪观察 2 8d ,萘酚喹组治愈率为 96 .7% ,原虫复燃率为 3.3% ,分别高于青蒿琥酯片组治愈率的 73.3% ,低于青蒿琥酯片组原虫复燃率的 2 6 .7% (χ2 =6 .4 0 ,P <0 .0 1)。两组病例除个别出现恶心外 ,未见其他副反应。结果表明 ,磷酸萘酚喹杀灭原虫、控制发热时间较青蒿琥酯慢 ,但治愈率高于青蒿琥酯。
In order to evaluate the efficacy of naphthoquine for the treatment of falciparum malaria, in 1997 the use of naphthoquine quinine 1d course of 100 mg and artesunate tablets 5d course of 60 mg of each treatment of falciparum malaria in 30 patients were randomly compared. The results showed that the mean duration of fever in the naphthoquine group was (2 9.6 ± 16.4) h, which was longer than that of artesunate group (18.3 ± 9.0) h (t = 3.2 5, P <0.01). The average time for parasite to go negative was significantly lower in the naphthoquine group (98.4 ± 2 7.6 h) than in the artesunate group (4.30 ± 17.1 h) (t = 9.46, P <0.01) On the 8th day, the cure rate of naphthoquine group was 96.7% and the rate of protozoa relapse was 3.3%, which was higher than that of artesunate group 73.3%, lower than that of artesunate group 26.7% (χ2 = 6.40, P <0.01). In addition to the two groups of patients with nausea, no other side effects. The results showed that naphthoquine phosphate killed protozoa and controlled the fever time slower than artesunate, but the cure rate was higher than artesunate.
