全面开展节能降耗工作已列入国家“十二五”可持续发展规划和基本国策,在油田生产开发过程中注采设备的高电能消耗,一直制约油田节能降耗工作开展。随着经济的迅速发展以及科学技术水平的提高,我国的变频技术取得了一定的发展。这一技术广泛应用于工业,其中在石油工业中应用最为广泛。在油田生产中,变频柜技术将是节能降耗工作重点推广技术之一,它结合了相应的信息技术、模糊控制技术、计算机技术、变频调速技术、传感器技术等,实现对于抽油机、注水泵等高能耗设备的高效控制。防止了相关注采设备的空耗,起到了节约能源的作用。
