近年来城市地铁发展迅猛,其周边建筑空间的开发迅速增加,但地铁列车高速运行对周边环境稳定性要求很高,故对地铁周边新建建筑进行设计施工要求较为严苛,因此需要考虑新建建筑桩基础与既有地铁隧道相互影响。针对该问题,总结了桩基础施工对既有隧道的影响、桩基础在荷载作用下对既有隧道的影响和既有隧道对新建桩基础承载力的影响等3个方面的研究现状、工程案例及试验。同时给出了国内外不同地区隧道变形保护要求。分析发现:桩基础施工过程中不同的施工工艺对既有隧道的影响显著不同;荷载作用下桩基础对既有隧道影响理论算法及试验研究有待加强;既有隧道对新建桩基础承载力的影响较小,但仍需更多的试验和工程来验证;群桩基础对既有隧道影响问题的计算以及更加详细安全的指导、评估方法亟待完善。
