对于现代事业单位而言,如何最大限度地激发事业单位人力资源管理成效成为备受关注的话题。在事业单位人力资源管理中引用激励机制是新时期事业单位管理中的一项重要突破,也是事业单位管理模式与市场经济接轨的突出表现。有效的激励机制能够形成一种竞争局面,激发员工的潜力,充分调动其积极性和创造性。本文分析了激励机制在我国事业单位人力资源管理中的应用现状,就如何充分发挥激励机制的效能提出浅见,以供行业参考。
For modern institutions, how to maximize the effectiveness of human resources management institutions to become a topic of much concern. The motivation mechanism quoted in the human resources management of PSUs is an important breakthrough in the management of public institutions in the new era and is also a prominent manifestation of the link between the PSUs management mode and the market economy. Effective incentive mechanisms can create a competitive situation, inspire the potential of employees and fully mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity. This paper analyzes the application of incentive mechanism in the human resources management of public institutions in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on how to give full play to the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism for the reference of the industry.
