为了了解铸造行业职业病危害因素分析与防治,通过对福建省内铸造行业的实际生产情况和职业卫生调查,该行业的工作场所中产生的职业病危害因素为粉尘、高温及热辐射、振动、噪声、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛等。其中以粉尘的职业病危害因素最为严重和广泛,长期吸入粉尘后可引起身体器官的病变,轻者能引起呼吸道炎症、慢性中毒和皮肤病,重者可导致尘肺病,尘肺病是严重危害职工健康与生命的一种常见职业病,铸造行业经过十多年的发展,铸造技术走向自动化和机械化,铸造工艺也环保化和节能化,其中树脂砂铸造工艺为当前主流的生产工艺,本文简要对铸造行业中树脂砂铸造工艺职业病危害的因素进行分析并探讨如何防治。
