Lu You, a famous poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, admonished the school of poetry and youth, said: “You want to learn poetry, Kung Fu outside the poem.” In other words, to be a poet, to master some of the basic essentials for poetry is necessary, but most importantly, Living in depth, experiencing life, and mastering some poetic geniuses that appear to be irrelevant to poetry but precisely and indispensable. Therefore, I think that as a party secretary of a township, there is also a question of “poetry power”. In other words, in addition to mastering the management knowledge required by some of their own work such as organization, command and coordination, and having high policies, theoretical levels, and high ideological and political awareness, they must also make efforts in accumulating actual working experience. Because the former is the general township party secretary must have, or the organization will not be so arranged, while the latter is very different. Can be described as “master collar into the door, practicing by individuals.” How the “poetic power of the poem” largely affects the work of the township and determines the quality of the township work. Therefore, to master a few excellent “poetry genius” is the success of the township party secretary of the winning weapon.
