介绍一种基于氧化锆的氧传感器的设计及其应用研究。采用小型氧化锆基础元件为核心,不需要参考气体,改进了因参考气体的存在对测试结果的影响。通过软硬件的设计以及实验室的测试试验,该传感器可在高温,高湿和高氧压的条件下工作,最后,将设计的传感器应用在氧分析仪中,通过试验验证测试,其线性误差约为±5%RS,24 h漂移误差约为±2.5 FS。精度高,可广泛应用于低浓度、高精度氧气测量的场合。
This paper introduces the design and application of a zirconia-based oxygen sensor. Using a small zirconia base element as the core, no reference gas is required and the effect of the reference gas on the test results is improved. Through hardware and software design and laboratory test, the sensor can work under the conditions of high temperature, high humidity and high oxygen pressure. Finally, the designed sensor is used in the oxygen analyzer, and the test is validated through tests. The linearity error About ± 5% RS, 24 h drift error of about ± 2.5 FS.
