人力资源规划是企业建立战略型人力资源管理体系的前瞻性保障,是企业生存及发展的奠基石,在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,各类企业逐渐意识到人力资源管理在市场竞争中的重要性。本文通过对国营企业人力资源管理方面存在的问题进行全面分析;根据企业的发展规划和发展战略,以创新性与实践性并存的方式,制定明确的人力资源规划方案,确保企业在需要的时间及岗位上,获得各种必需的人力资源。
Human resources planning is a forward-looking guarantee for enterprises to establish a strategic human resource management system and a cornerstone of the survival and development of enterprises. Today, with increasingly fierce market competition, various types of enterprises are gradually realizing the importance of human resources management in market competition. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the human resource management of state-owned enterprises is carried out. According to the development planning and development strategy of the enterprises, a clear plan of human resources planning is formulated in a way of coexistence of innovation and practice so as to ensure that the enterprises’ Position, access to all kinds of necessary human resources.
