按照时间和培训形式,可将“国培计划”骨干教师培训分为短期集中培训、顶岗置换培训和网络远程培训三种类型。笔者认为,剖析并掌握“国培计划”骨干教师顶岗置换培训与短期集中培训的过程与特点,可以为设计各类教师培训方案奠定基础。一、“国培计划”骨干教师培训的流程及特点流程是指一个或一系列连续有规律的行动,这些行动以确定的方式发生或执行,促使特定结果的实现。由此可见,教师培训的流程设计是保证培训效果实现的重要工作。目前的“国培计划”有三种,虽然不主张追求统
