为解决水资源系统的不确定性和复杂性给水资源优化配置带来的困难和挑战,基于对滨州新区水资源系统的复杂性辨识,应用区间机会约束规划方法,构建了滨州新区不确定性水资源优化配置模型,基于交互式求解方法,确定了不同风险水平下区域产业层水资源最优配置方案。结果表明,区间机会约束规划方法能够有效地解决区域水资源系统规划中的复杂性和不确定性问题,为区域水资源系统优化配置提供了理论支持。
In order to solve the difficulties and challenges of the optimal allocation of water resources due to the uncertainty and complexity of the water resources system, based on the identification of the complexity of water resources system in Binzhou New Area and the interval-based constrained planning method, the uncertainty water of Binzhou New Area Resource optimization configuration model, based on the interactive solution method, the optimal allocation of water resources at regional industry level under different risk levels is determined. The results show that the method of interval opportunity constrained planning can effectively solve the complexity and uncertainty problems in regional water resources system planning and provide theoretical support for the optimal allocation of regional water resources systems.
