任何一位病人进入手术室,都会产生不同程度的紧张、焦虑、恐惧心理.而手术室护士作为第一时间在手术室内与病人接触的医务人员,任何一种信息的传递都会对病人的心理产生不同程度的影响.尤其是在病人处于清醒状态下手术时,手术过程中的气氛、医务人员的言行、态度以及环境的轻微变化都会引起病人较强的情绪变化.因此,有效的护患沟通在手术室护理工作中起着不可忽视的作用.
